While DeliberoAI is preparing to launch
This website is currently for information only. Right now, the only personal data we collect through it is what you send us using the contact form: your name, email address and message. We use it to reply to you, and it reaches us by email through our providers, Resend and Proton. This site doesn't set any cookies.
Like most websites, our hosting providers (Render and Cloudflare) also briefly process your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from misuse.
Who we are. Delibero AI Limited is the controller of this data. We are registered in England and Wales (company number 17222946) and with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (registration number ZC155537). Contact us at support@deliberoai.com (please put "Privacy" in the subject) or by post at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
Why we can use it. We rely on our legitimate interests in answering the people who contact us (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it goes. Resend is based in the United States; that transfer is protected by the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it. Up to 3 years after the conversation ends.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
